Presidio GC
An elevated sand tee - Presidio Golf Club
The NorCal Hickory group visited the 1895 built Presidio GC for its 6th San Francisco Hickory Open. Once again mother nature provided for a chamber of commerce day despite the later than usual tournament date. Sunny skies and impeccable course conditions made for fantastic scoring.
Steve Henneuse (68) just edged out John Sweeney (70) for the championship title. Steve was also the low gross, carding a 1 over par 73.
Over the years, we have enjoyed great eateries to celebrate our post round tournament. This year we wound up at a fun dumpling joint the Bell family had been wanting to try out as well as Andy Trice's girlfriend.
A big thanks to the management and staff for their help in setting up our event. We can't wait to revisit this historic course.
